When a woman is pregnant, there are very few medical approaches that can benefit her. Basically, she must go back to basics with diet to improve her pregnancy. She is very limited in what she can get as far as medical intervention. Surgery, in most cases, is not an option. Prescription drugs are usually not recommended in pregnancy, and X-Rays or radiographs are not usually recommended while pregnant. Therefore, diet and the nutritional approach are preferred.
